I screen all clients and a retainer (deposit) is always required. Screening and verification is the least pleasant and most necessary part of ensuring we’re able to have a great time together - completing the booking form and submitting the required materials together helps me review everything efficiently and increases the likelihood that we can move forward successfully.

It all starts with a screening.
To begin the screening process, please either submit the form below or email your responses to AlessandraHayden@protonmail.com with the title “Booking Form”. You will also need to email me a copy of a valid ID and selfie, as well as employment verification and/or provider reference.
Once all required elements are submitted, you should expect an email within 48 hours confirming receipt. If your verification is successful, you will receive a confirmation email requesting additional details, confirming my availability, and instructions for deposit. The final step is to send your 20% retainer. Please note that I cannot confirm our date until I receive your deposit.

The website form itself is optional, but it goes a long way in expediting screening and indicating that you’re ready to book. At minimum for screening, you must provide me with your real name, phone number, a secure email address through which to contact you, a valid photo ID, and employer verification or provider reference. The remaining questions are there to help me get to know you better and gather the details of our date.
If you would like to opt out of the website form, you may send all of the required and requested information directly to my email at AlessandraHayden@protonmail.com with the subject “booking form”. (Note that Proton Mail or any encrypted web mail is most secure when both parties are using it. For more information on their security processes, you can visit https://proton.me/mail/security. )

Your security and privacy are very important to me. All client information from this booking form passes to my secure email. Submissions aren't stored directly in the block or on Squarespace. This website is on a SSL-enabled domain, meaning that forms sent through it are encrypted. However, if you have concerns about this form, please feel free to email me directly via Proton Mail. Proton Mail is a secure email service using end-to-end encryption, ensuring that it remains protected at all times.
Client information is never stored or downloaded locally onto personal computers or phones to prevent the risk of unauthorized access.
